Student Registration

Upon successful registration you will be granted access to our student and parent portal, your place to stay up to date with the day to day activities of the school.

What to Expect?

  1. Select a Package from Below

  2. You will be prompted to complete an online registration form. The registration form will ask about your need for before and after school options.

  3. You will be asked to pay 1 month immediately. This site only accepts credit card. If you prefer to e-transfer, please contact us (halton@evergreenlearning.ca). This will be applied to last months fee and act as your deposit.

  4. You will be invoiced our $250 registration fee.

  5. You will be invoiced the remaining 9 months, on the first of each month from Sept 1 - May 1. Payment is due immediately.

  6. Upon successful completion of the online registration, you will also be granted access to our members only area which is a place for parents and students to stay up to date with relevant events happening at the school. It is not populated yet, but will be soon!

  7. Your contact information will be added to our email list so we can communicate directly with you

  8. Only those identified in the registration form will have authorization for pick-up, unless we are notified separately

  9. Coming Soon: Our members only area will be populated with our parent and student handbooks, relevant forms etc
